Terms and conditions of sale

1. Seller

This online store is operated and sales are made directly by B S SRL, a limited liability company incorporated in Italy, with registered office at Via Padre Reg. Giuliani 10, 20900 Monza (MB), Italy. VAT and tax code 07190690961, REA MB-1874009. Orders are prepared and shipped from Via dei Bossi 4, 20121 Milan (MI), Italy, which is not the registered office. B S SRL is the seller and merchant of record.

2. Business and products

B S SRL is an independent retailer reselling original beauty and skincare products sourced through its own supply channels. B S SRL is not a manufacturer or official representative of the brands offered: all brands and trade names belong to their respective owners. Sales are made to consumers through this site.

3. Prices and VAT

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable Italian VAT. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before the order is completed. Shipments outside the European Union may incur duties or import taxes payable by the recipient.

4. Order and confirmation

The contract is concluded when B S SRL confirms the order by email. The maximum is 5 units of the same product. If an item is unavailable after payment, the customer is informed and the amount refunded.

5. Payments

Payment is made when the order is placed, using the methods shown at checkout: credit and debit cards, PayPal, digital wallets and bank transfer. Payments are processed by authorised payment providers; B S SRL does not store full card details.

6. Delivery

Wir versenden die Bestellung an dem Tag, an dem die Zahlung dem BS-Konto tatsächlich gutgeschrieben wird. Die Lieferung wird für alle Ziele innerhalb von 5 Werktagen ab Versand geschätzt. Die je nach Zahlungsmethode und Anbieter unterschiedliche Gutschriftzeit liegt vor dem Versand, kommt zur Transportzeit hinzu und ist nicht in diesen 5 Tagen enthalten. Zahlungsbestätigung oder -autorisierung des Kunden entspricht nicht der Gutschrift beim Händler.

Die Lieferung ist eine Schätzung und kann sich durch Spediteur oder Zoll ändern.

Diese Bedingungen gelten für neue Bestellungen und ändern bereits abgeschlossene Bestellungen nicht rückwirkend.

Rates: Italien 10 € (versandkostenfrei ab 80 €) — Europa 13 € (versandkostenfrei ab 100 €) — Rest of the world 20 € (versandkostenfrei ab 200 €). See the shipping policy.

7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Consumers may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, under the Italian Consumer Code (D. Lgs. 206/2005) and European Directive 2011/83/EU. 8. Legal guarantee of conformity

All products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity granted to consumers under European and Italian law. If the product arrives damaged, incomplete or non-conforming, write to us with photos within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.

9. Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints are submitted through the site contact form and answered within 5 business days. Italian law applies to the contract; for consumers resident in the European Union the courts of the consumer's place of residence remain competent. Consumers may also use the alternative dispute resolution procedures provided by European law.
