Where we ship from

All orders are prepared and shipped from our logistics warehouse at Via dei Bossi 4, 20121 Milan (MI), Italy. This is only the fulfilment centre: the registered office of B S SRL is Via Padre Reg. Giuliani 10, 20900 Monza (MB), Italy.

Zones, rates and free shipping

• Italy: 10 € — free shipping on orders from 80 €.
• Europe: 13 € — free shipping on orders from 100 €.
• Rest of the world: 20 € — free shipping on orders from 200 €.

The exact cost is calculated in the cart based on the destination country and shown before payment. Product prices include Italian VAT.

Processing and delivery times

We ship the order on the same day the payment is effectively credited to the BS account. Delivery is estimated within 5 business days from shipment for every destination. The time required for the funds to be credited varies by payment method and provider, comes before shipment, is additional to transit time and is not included in those 5 days. The customer's payment confirmation or authorization is not the same as the funds being credited to the merchant.

Delivery is an estimate and may vary due to the carrier or customs.

These terms apply to new orders and do not retroactively change orders already concluded.

Order tracking

When the parcel leaves the warehouse we send an email with the tracking number. You can also check the status from your account.

Customs and import taxes

Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to duties or import taxes payable by the recipient, according to the destination country's rules.

Damaged, lost or incomplete parcels

If the parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, write to us with photos within 14 days of delivery: we replace the product or refund the amount at no extra cost. Politica di reso e rimborso.
