Returns and refunds

Right of withdrawal: 14 days

As a consumer you may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, under the Italian Consumer Code (D. Lgs. 206/2005) and Directive 2011/83/EU.

How to request a return

1. Write to us from the contact form stating the order number and the items you want to return.
2. We confirm the return address within 24 business hours.
3. Ship the items within 14 days of notifying us.

Condition of the products

Products must be returned complete, in their original packaging with seals or protective film intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics cannot be accepted unless faulty or non-conforming.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is damaged, faulty, non-conforming or incorrect, in which case B S SRL covers them.

Refund

Once the items have been received and checked, we refund the amount using the same payment method used for the purchase, including the standard shipping costs of the original order: as a general rule within a maximum of 20 days, unless shorter mandatory legal deadlines apply. In the event of withdrawal within the EU, the refund is made within 14 days of notice of withdrawal and may be withheld until the products or proof of their shipment have been received.

Damaged or non-conforming products

If the order arrives damaged, incomplete or non-conforming, write to us with photos within 14 days of delivery: we replace the product or refund the amount at no cost. The 2-year legal guarantee of conformity always applies.
